SEI 1 Limited Virtual AGM Notice – 24 March 2023
The notice for Selective Empowerment Investments 1 Limited (SEI 1) 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been issued and is now available on our website www.seinvest/shareholder. Notices have also been shared on various platforms including the OTC Express Platform.
The AGM will be held virtually on Friday, 24th of March 2023 at 10am. Please refer to the 2021/2022 Annual Report (Pages 104 – 115) for the AGM notice and special instructions on how to cast your proxy vote and receive your unique link to join the virtual AGM.
The notice of the AGM must be read together with the 2021/2022 Annual Report, where references to resolutions are included.
The SEI1 team will also be conducting Roadshows between the 27th of February 2023 and 22 March 2023 prior to the virtual AGM to engage shareholders on the Annual Report and upcoming virtual AGM.
